We provide consulting services with focus on process efficiency and process management of small and medium enterprises. Very often, despite the big efforts of their owners or managers, these companies struggle with the lack of experience or expertise in certain activities. Moreover, recently due to the challenging economic situation, some of these companies have faced unexpected troubles related to loss of productivity or decrease of order backlog. Often, the only solution to keep the business running is a restructuring even preceded in some cases by crisis management.

We can help you to increase the productivity of your company or to change its organisational structure according to your requirements. In case of interest we can also provide company- or business-tailored analyses. We always try to incorporate your wishes and expectations to a maximum. During the first consulting/meeting we discuss and fix the expectations an requirements of our clients, but we also agree the conditions of our mutual co-operation and the assumed results, as well as the timframe of our work.

Although we focus on the regon of South Moravia, we also offer to our customers the possibility to expand their businesses abroad, e.g. to Slovakia, to Austria or other territories preferred. It works also vice versa, of course.
